A good ceramic flat iron?
I am literally SICK to my stomach right now. I paid a small fortune for a CHI flat iron on ebay to give to my stepdaughter for Christmas. The seller turned out to be fraudulent, has been removed from ebay and will not respond.
I don’t know much about flat irons. Can someone suggest a GOOD ceramic flat iron with a price tag of under 50 bucks? When I think about all of the money I am already out on this particular gift it makes me want to puke…so under 50 bucks would be good at this point. I just don’t want to get her a crappy flat iron though. She already has 3 of those.

That really sucks. . . I would still suggest a chi. I have bought $20, $40, and $80 straighteners. They are just so terrible on your hair! The only downside to you buying on ebay, is that the lifetime warranty that CHI carries is only valid if purchased from a salon or a good beauty supply. Sally’s does have a "generic CHI" I have not tried it, but it might work. Sorry about your luck
Actually, The wet 2 straight(don’t remember the brand sorry) is a great flat iron. I use it every day. Works on every hair type 30 diffrent heat settings. you can use it when your hair is wet and it wont be damaged. And its only about 30. It’s the best straightner I’ve ever used.
I think Chi is the only good one that I know of. You could buy it at Target. It is probably less expensive there. Just compare prices when you decide where to buy it.
I have really curly hair and the Chi iron makes it really straight since it gets really hot.
I have the GVP flat iron. (sort the knock off CHI) and it works amazing and the best part is that it’s half the price of a CHI straightner, it’s only 50 dollars at sally beauty. I would totally suggest getting it for her!

Sorry about your ebay problem
Unfortunately the ones under 50 dollars are terrible. Although they are cheaper it is an absolutle waste of money cause they are terrible on your hair and don’t work good. Honestly the CHI straighters (or any other proffessional salon flat iron straightners) are amazing and worth every penny. Not only do they straigthen hair, but i use it to curl my hair all the time to go out. It can add volume to hair, make your hair wavy, make tight curls or loose ones, depending on how you run your hair through it.
Great article, hey I came across this post while searching the web for free downloads. Thanks for sharing I’ll post a comment about this on my blog about this too.
