Amika Flat Iron vs. Hana Elite Flat Iron – Decision is driving me NUTS ! Please help !?
Hey Everybody ! I am wondering if anyone REALLY LOVES Amika solid ceramic flat irons . I’m looking for a solid 100 % ceramic flat iron with floating (flexible) plates . I would LOVE to have a Hana Elite cuz I’ve read fantastic reviews about them . But they cost 9.00 . You can get the Amika ones on ebay for around .00 , and they have all the same features as Hana Elite , but I can’t find any detailed reviews on them and I’m afraid I’ll regret buying one if it sux . Has anyone used an Amika , or both Amika and Hana Elite . Is the Amika high quality and are the floating plates nice and flexible ? Flexible plates help to curl ends under , which is why I want them . I already have a Solia 1 inch that’s great , but as I curl my ends under , it pulls and rips the ends of my hair. Many reviewers of Hana Elite said it provides smooth effortless styling and curling. Nobody has mentioned this about the Amika. Please list any experiences you’ve had with either iron , especially the Amika. How easy does it curl ends ? I’ve been searching and comparing til I’m blue in the face ! Thanks So Much to anyone who cares to respond !

DEFINITELY Hana Elite!
I can not talk about Amika, but I bought an Hana Elite lately. In the beginning, I was really pleased with the results, but now, I feel like it is pulling my hair even though I used an iron cleaner.
If I had known, I would have passed on this one, more expensive and honestly I preferred my Sedu, which was damaging my hair more but getting a better job done.
Hope this helps!
