Anyone good with straightening irons for hair?

I want to get a straightening iron but i want to know which kind has good features that will suit my hair. i have medium thickness hair and its pretty soft for the most part. I have naturally straight hair but its not perfectly straight like i want it. but its not wavy. its kinda in between and "relaxed". does that make sense? anyways, thanks for your help!

That is exactly how my hair is. Straight, but not totally straight and not as straight as I want it. My hair is also medium in thickness.

I have gone through many different types of hair straighteners and I have found 2 that work well.

Both are ceramic irons which don’t damage your hair like metal irons. They work very well and don’t tug and pull at your hair like metal irons. The only difference is their prices.
The first one is the Remington Wet 2 Straight Straightener. You can but it at Target for $24.99. It has 30 different temperatures too choose from and works very well but of course, the CHI is better. It works for very fast straightening and if it wasn’t as good as it’s said to be, the straightener wouldn’t be selling for between $119.99 – $149.99.

Right now, I have settled with the CHI and am very satisfied with how it works.

I would recomend not getting a cheap one, spend the money it is worth it. I have a HAI and it works great. I also like the superstar straightener and the Chi straighteners.

chi or chi turbo their rather expensive but others will break easily and this protects ur strands with negativley charged tourmaline ions

From what I’ve heard, Chi straighteners are really good, but also really expensive. I have thick, wavy hair, and I use an Andis 1-inch straightener. It works really really well. You can buy them on amazon.com for about $17, or they have them at Walmart for around $15.

Well i have very thick and wavy hair, my hairs really soft too. I bought my straightener about 2 years ago and it works really good, all my friends love the way it works. I bought it at Sally’s, it’s called jilbere de paris [.porcelain series.], its all black with wide gold plates on the inside. It has 30 different temperature settings you can put it on for whatever kind of hair you have, straight, curly, wavy, etc. I always have it set to the highest setting so my hair can come out super straight. I’ve never really had any problems with it and i’ve had it for two years and still works like new! Btw, I think I payed betweem $50-$70 for it. Well hoped this helped!
