Ceramic Hair Straightener Iron

Can you recommend a good quality flat iron?

I am looking for a good quality ceramic flat iron/hair straightener. I don’t mind spending more for the right one. Please suggest brand names that you have tried and liked!
My hair is average-to-fine and is mostly straight already, I just want to make it smooth and uniformly straight.

Thanks for your help!

    Chi.
    Best of the best.

  3. taz says:

    conair nano silver 1 3/4"

    goes up to 395

remington is also good. most of the quality depends on how you use it though, so don’t think just buying a new one will fix everything

i use helen of troy and its awesome, also ive heard chi works wonders.

Revlon are great in my opinion, You should be fine with any name brand if your hair is already pretty straight. Mine is curly so I use the Revlon Stylix and it does a REALLY great job.

ghd’s are the best i love mineeeeee there used in most hair salons so must be good! :-) you can also choose to curl your hair with them for an alternative look there roughly around 100£ depending on the ones you choose i paid 130 from rush hair salon for mine and there the bigger plated ones! for fine "pretty straight already" kinda hair (haa haa) i think the slim ones are better luck x

Some Conair’s are good, I have a Cricket flat iron and it works good. You could get the I think its GVP (I don’t remember), but it is compared to the CHI. You can get it at Sally’s.

  9. Me myself and I says:

i have a Conair wet/ dry its about 25 dollars or so. i’ve had it for awhile and it still works great. i know people that have bought the 50 dollar one and they didn’t last long, thats not to say that the pricier ones aren’t good but if your willing to pay that much i would do research on those and even maybe ask your hair stylist were they purchase theirs. those are usually the $100 + kind.

The wet/dry is meant to be used when your hair is damp but i didn’t like the result as much as using it when my hair was dry. but thats a personal preference.

    hope this helps

    CHI.

without a doubt i would recommend this to anyone.
it straightens hair quicker, straighter, smoother, and silkier.
your hiar will look and feel better.
and what i really love is that a chi won’t stick or "grab" your hair. it glides smoothlyyyyy.

they do cost around $100, but it is well worth the money.
you’ll have to buy it from a hair salon, they’re not available at everyday stores.

have fun with your beuatiful new hair =]

GHD’S, u cannot go wrong with these..im mixed race so have crazy curls and ghds work on even the toughest afro’s!lol. worth the money too and last long. cost from about £90 to £130, check online cause they normally have offers where you get a bag or hair care set for free.

  12. lil_Qti says:

Anything that is ceramic – get from a salon and not a drug store.
They are usually a minimum of $100

  13. Always Seeking Knowledge says:

Chi, Sedu. Both are good, they run $100 and up, but sometimes you can find the Chi on sale for 79 online.
