I guess out of those two, I would go with the Hai. Although neither one of those would be my first choice.
Your hair sounds exactly like mine. (: straight, but wavy near the ends. I use a Soila, and it works great! But it is a little more than the price range you requested…

It comes in many different colors, I have the hot pink one haha.
BaByliss and GHD’s are supposed to be really good too. I know good flat irons are a lot more money, but it’s really worth it. And it’s so much better for your hair then the cheap ones from walmart and stuff. haha. (: I had to babysit for weeks to save up for mine.
I use a Remington Wet to Straight. It works well and is easy to use. I like it better than Chi. It only costs about $30 dollars at Target or Walgreens.
hmm, since your hair
isn’t thick its just
straight/wavy i think you should
just get the hai [2.] straightener.
it works sorta like the chi
and you don’t really need that
extra expensive straightener,
since your hair is already
straight
i likee the amika.
and i use the remington wet to dry, but i dont straighten my hair when its wet because it just makes it greasy and look reallyyy weird.
good luckk (:
i have remington wet2straight but it doesnt work on my hair it curls up quickly wen i use it on wet hair and it doesnt make ur hair pin straight or silky
try conair infiniti my friend has it and it actually works
I agree with the rem. wet to straight.
But,I have thick hair which is pretty wavy. It works well for me. It looks both pin straight and silky after used, as long as you use it right. if the heat is too high it will not look good.
gotta be honest the best straightners on the market have to be GHD they are amazing. But if they are out of you price range the pink ones look quite cute x
