u got it at a none offical place for rusk….. i have rusk flat irons they dont have the gaps and leave the hair silky and strieght… u got a fake rip off or a damage one
ps flat irons with velvet is for removing frizz
I think it was damaged. Sometimes a shipment of ‘irregular’ products will be sold to stores like TJ Max and then sold for a very low price. I read that sometimes things goes wrong during manufacturing and several products will end up with irregular features; They’re not of the quality that Rusk would sell in their own stores so they sell them at a discount to broken down department stores.
yeah thats why u gota becareful i done that with chi befor boy did that damage my hair bad xD…. but yeah i dont use rusk any more cause i love mini flat irons and they dont have one for rusk =(
yep hun you got a fake rusk or a defected product. Get the RUSK CTC (ithink that is what it is called) They are about $220 but are 100% worth it!! I love it. The go to 420 degrees.
@SmexyfulPandaBear pSSS rusk does have a mini now. It is sold in the kertine gift pack.
@tattoogoddess85 well i found a better one way better then rusk and i love it to death =)
