Ceramic Hair Straightener Iron

what is the best flat iron (ceramic, ion) out of all?

i have had a detour flat iron since around 2005. it was great but now its not working as good as it used to. i have heard of chi & ghd. but i am really interested in sedu http://www.folica.com/Sedu_Ionic_Cera_d1560.html. it seems pretty good but i’m not sure. so give me your best input on the best and maybe if you have the sedu how it is.

i am really looking for anything 0-0. if you don’t know the price it’s ok i just want to know the most reliable all around. i will use it every day so i want the fastest and best results.

Ok, I was recently in the market for a new flat Iron. I researched for hours and read hundreds of proudct reviews on Folica, and other sites. Here is what i found out.

Chi works great, but breaks really easily, most break after a year when the warrenty is up.

GHD is good, but you can not control the heat temp, so you can not customize it for your hair.

Sedu seems to work good based on reviews, but i read a 3rd party review that says Folica actually owns Sedu. That is why they rate them as the best flat iron, and always feature them on their home page, and have so many promotions.

After hours of research I ended up purchasing the HAI eilte digistick. It is great!
I have really thick, wavy course hair. I have used so many flat irons in the past, and this is by far the best.
I have never used Sedu, but I have used Chi, Infrashine, Hot tools, Solia, and many other brands.
The Hai Digistick blows them out of the water. It leaves your hair silky smooth and shiny, it also heats up fast. It is so easy to flip or curl your hair also. You can read the reviews on Folica. I left one about a year ago when I got mine, and it has worked great ever since I got it. I highly recommend it. It is $140, which is a great deal since they were selling it for $300 at a beauty store near my house, and all of the girls there raved about it. Also, everyone of my friends who has used it loves it, and wants their own.

Whatever you decide, I hope you are happy with your choice. Good luck!

Ceramic is definitly the best to use. I have it and it is absolutley great! It doesnt damage your hair as much as the other ones.

  4. Sarra says:

Chi. It’s the best. I have naturally curly hair, but I straighten it everyday with the Chi.

I have a ghd for almost 2 years now. It works really well on my curly hair.It heats up quick and stays that way and it does not feel like you are frying your hair. I got it from amazon.com
