What type of flat iron is best for natural black hair?
I was wondering whether a ceramic flat iron is better for natural black hair than one that isn’t ceramic.
Also, my hair dries intro wavy corkscrews and when I pick it out it turns into a fro. Should I flat iron before or after picking it out?

Ceramic flat iron for sure but be careful not to over use it as it may dry your hair out. Also if you add excessive heat, you can damage ends on ethnic or black hair resulting in possible hair loss or for your hair to fall out in patches.
ceramic is great! just don’t turn it up too hot. make sure your hair is clean and dry. don’t apply any products until after your whole head is done. you want your hair to be straight and full of body, not greasy looking.
ceramic is the best! I know this from experience. also the ceramic u cancurl ur hair! I know, seems weird but a flat iron that can curl? that’s awesome!
A ceramic iron is good. Ive heard great things about the maxi glider.
