What's a good PROFESSIONAL flat iron?
I’m looking for a hair straightener (preferably something that’s NOT from Wal-Mart) that will straighten my hair, without breaking it, or damaging it.
Also, what product should I use to protect my hair from the heat?
One more thing… what is a good style of side swept bangs for a person with a round face, and medium/long hair?
Please help me!

Chi’s do not last long. Don’t waste your money, and don’t listen to the one’s that are telling you it’s the best. Sedu is one of the best straighteners out there and it is only $100.

I would also recommend using a 1 inch instead of 1 1/2 inch, because the 1 1/2 doesn’t do curls very well.
The Sedu is also a lot better than a GHD at a cheaper price.
Fredrik Fekkai and Nexxus make good heat protectants.

Chi. However, you still can’t ‘protect’ your hair, no matter what you put on it. Heat is heat, and if you iron your hair often, you’ll have breakage.
Styling products that claim they ‘protect’ your hair from damage do not work, but since the beauty industry is unregulated, they can make whatever bullshit claim they want.
wel, thers no straightner tht will not break or damage ur hair but ther is the CHI straightner and u can get the protection serum with it tht gives ur hair shine.I think its the best straightner, it works reallll good, trust me, i know a friend with poofy frizzy hair tht used the CHI and her hair looked sooo nice. u can get it from Ulta or any proffesional hair care salon/store from the mall.

T3 duality is awesome. Also, just do the ends so as to save the rest of your hair from getting fried.
Use a serum or something to protect, and CONDITION, but heat is heat and yes it will damage your hair with lots of use. Try not to iron too often.
Side swept bangs – end the bangs at your cheekbones, and cut layers, curl with round brush and blow dryer. Ta da!
nothing 2 protect ur hair from the heat but ur back a blanket or a towel and ask a hair dresser for a good professional flat iron

The best straightener I’ve found so far, is the FHI.
It works great.
It is expensive, just like any good straightener, but it’s well worth it. It doesn’t break easily, and it takes a few minutes to get my hair straight, and it’s normally outa control wavy.
A good hairstyle can be found just by looking it up on google. It all depends on what you want to do with your hair.
